What we can build
The right first version focuses on the few things that will save time, reduce confusion, or help customers take action.
Booking & scheduling
Appointment requests, calendars, availability views, reminders, and booking workflows.
Business trackers
Inventory, event closeouts, payment plans, task lists, and simple operational dashboards.
Client & member tools
Directories, client records, group spaces, intake forms, and portals for sharing updates.
Calculators & planners
Quote estimators, checklists, planning tools, and interactive guides for your audience.
Digital storefront helpers
Product catalogs, order-intake flows, and small tools that support an existing website or shop.
Custom concepts
Have a different idea? Describe the task you want to make easier, and we’ll see if a small app is a good fit.
How an app project works
Share the idea
Tell me who will use it, what they need to do, and what currently feels clunky or time-consuming.
Set the first-version scope
We agree on the core screens and functions, what is out of scope, the platform, price, timing, and handoff before work begins.
Build and review
You review the working version and provide feedback within the agreed revision rounds. Any added features are quoted separately.
Handoff
You receive the agreed app link and handoff notes. If the project uses a third-party builder or service, we’ll explain account access and ongoing costs before you commit.
What to include in your request
You don’t need a technical plan. These details help me give you a useful scope and ballpark quote.
- What problem should the app solve?
- Who will use it: just you, your team, or customers?
- What are the three most important things users should be able to do?
- Will it need accounts, payments, scheduling, notifications, or data storage?
- Should it work on phones, computers, or both?
- Do you have an existing website, logo, spreadsheet, or process to build from?
- Do you have a target budget or deadline?
- Who should own and manage any third-party platform account?
Pricing, timing & ongoing costs
Every app is scoped and quoted before work begins. The price depends on the features, data, integrations, and platform required. The starter prices on the Services page cover smaller defined projects; custom app builds receive a separate quote and schedule.
Third-party subscriptions, hosting, payment processing, domains, and app-store fees are not included unless the written quote says otherwise. Some advanced features—such as secure user accounts, payment processing, or external integrations—may require paid services. I’ll flag those costs and limitations before you approve the project. No specific sales, traffic, or business results are guaranteed.
Examples of app projects

Bring me the messy idea. We’ll make a clear first step.
Send a short description, and I’ll follow up with questions, a proposed scope, a price, and an estimated timeline before accepting the project.
